INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
DOOR REVERSAL
INSTRUCTIONS
Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet
(if connected) and lay it on its back:
1) Remove the screws from the upper hinge assembly
(Fig. 2).
2) Pull the door upward to remove it from the cabinet
of the Refrigerator (Fig. 2).
3) Remove the screws from the lower hinge assembly
(Fig. 4).
4) Remove the leveling leg and fixed foot located at
the bottom of the cabinet (Fig. 4).
5) Remove the plastic cap from the right side of the
door frame and reinstall it on the left side of the
door frame (the previous pin location) (Fig. 3).
6) Remove the plastic caps from the right side of the
cabinet and reinstall on the left side of the cabinet
(the previous pin location) (Fig. 1).
7) Reinstall the lower hinge assembly on the bottom
right side (Fig. 4).
8) Carefully repostion the door on the cabinet and
push down until the lower hinge pin is inserted into
the bottom of the door (Fig. 2).
9) While the door remains closed, re-install the upper
hinge assembly on the right side (Fig. 2).
10) Reinstall the leveling leg and fixed foot on the
opposite side (Fig. 4).
11) Close the door and return the unit to its upright
position (wait 60 minutes before reconnecting
power to the refrigerator); verify the door is
aligned to make a proper seal against the cabinet.
The process is now complete.
Your refrigerator has a factory-installed left-hand door swing.
To avoid personal injury to yourself and/or property, we recommend someone
assist you during the door reversal process.
